You will be the architect of our partner ecosystem, turning relationships into sustainable growth engines. Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Development:
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (VARs, System Integrators, and Cloud Providers) to extend CYBERTEC’s global footprint.
Strategic Execution:
Design and implement data‑driven partner sales strategies that align with our long‑term go‑to‑market objectives.
Program Management:
Take full ownership of the CYBERTEC Global Partner Program, ensuring partners have the tools, training, and incentives needed to succeed.
Relationship Orchestration:
Act as the primary point of contact for our partners, facilitating seamless communication between their sales teams and our internal technical experts.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor partner programs to ensure CYBERTEC remains a preferred and highly competitive partner.
Your profile
Industry Expertise:
Several years of proven experience in high‑tech enterprise software sales or channel management. Experience in the database or open‑source sector is a significant plus.
Linguistic Proficiency:
You are business‑fluent in
