Your seat to fill:
- Own and further develop the global Order-to-Cash process, ensuring a consistent and efficient end-to-end order lifecycle across regions
- Define clear process standards and governance, aligning stakeholders on priorities, changes, and continuous improvement
- Act as the key interface between business operations and technology, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in system-supported processes
- Safeguard alignment between operational processes and technical solutions
- Support the organization in resolving complex order scenarios and drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Contribute to operational stability through clear documentation and guidance
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for technical and product teams
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Finance, IT, and external partners to drive process enhancements
- Support testing activities for new releases or process changes and ensure global rollout readiness
- Set-up and monitor key process KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and compliance
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or business process management, ideally in an international D2C environment
- Proven experience working across business and technology in complex operational settings
- Strong end-to-end understanding of digital order-to-cash processes
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to clearly document and communicate complex processes
- Confident stakeholder management across regions and functions
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP as a plus
