Area of responsibilities:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and laws at both national and international levels.
• Oversee a team of 4, providing training, coaching, and guidance on customs-related topics and procedures.
• Preparing for and accompanying audits by customs authorities.
• Act as the primary contact for operational customs matters, process inquiries, solve problems, and support internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, purchasing, logistics).
• Handle technical planning and organization in daily operations, such as issuing instructions for import customs clearance to service providers and preparing/export declarations.
• Advise and coordinate on complex customs law issues, including opening new warehouse locations, end-to-end customs processes, R&D related to customs valuation, and licensing.
• Manage authorization processes within the Cybex Group, including authorization requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customs-related projects and initiatives, contributing expertise to achieve project goals.

Profile of qualification:

• Bachelor\’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customs compliance, import/export operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in customs documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in SAP and AEB.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of customs-related topics.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
