Manager Soft Goods Engineering (m / f / d)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop patterns for new products, ensuring they meet design specifications and technical requirements
• Inspect and verify production patterns to ensure accuracy and consistency with design standards
• Utilize CAD systems for the precise development of patterns, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the production process
• Implement and integrate technical standards into product requirements, ensuring compliance with industry norms
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of quality standards across the company, driving continuous improvement
• Create and manage comprehensive technical documentation for production, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded
• Develop and maintain product-related documentation to support the manufacturing and quality assurance processes
• Assist in the overall product development process, working closely with design and production teams
• Monitor the development and production of the products in the product facilities to ensure alignment with design and quality standards
• Test development and production samples, ensuring they meet the required quality and performance standards

Your Profile of Qualification:

• Successfully completed studies or apprenticeship as a clothing technician, pattern constructor, or an equivalent qualification
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in pattern development, quality control, and production within the textile or fashion industry
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using CAD programs for pattern development
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• A structured and results-driven approach to work, with strong attention to detail
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and patterns
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
