Area of responsibilities :

1. Oversee the entire PMO division within Product Development.
2. Integrate GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functions.
3. Work closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives.
4. Establish project management processes and interfaces throughout the company for product development, analytics, design, textiles, etc.
5. Manage, develop, and plan succession for the team.
6. Develop and optimize efficient, transparent, and flexible project management processes in a rapidly growing company.
7. Serve as liaison for the executive board and senior management on global projects.
8. Lead budget reviews, monitor deviations, manage project/team structures, timelines, workflows, and scheduling.
9. Oversee quota setting and capacity planning aligned with business goals and market realities.
10. Act as POC with current and new suppliers and external partners.
11. Structure projects into work packages and assign responsibilities.
12. Coordinate with design, product management, controlling, suppliers, and external partners.
13. Conduct regular project status reviews and analyses, report deviations, and initiate countermeasures.
14. Provide strategic insights and forecasts based on internal data and market trends to senior leadership.
15. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
16. Support series start-up phases on-site in production.

Profile of qualification :

1. Advanced Degree in technical studies, engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
2. Several years of experience in the industrial and consumer sectors, strongly connected to Go-To-Market strategies.
3. Proven expertise in project management, engineering, and contractor management.
4. Experience in leading and developing senior and international teams.
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
6. Visionary with the ability to inspire and align teams with strategic objectives.
7. Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
8. Passionate about driving change and innovation.
9. Results-driven with a focus on priorities and commercially viable decisions.
10. Experience in process improvement, customer-focused services, and project management.
11. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
12. Willingness to travel globally as needed.
