After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX's success story.Your seat to fill:Develop intuitive tools and apps using Microsoft Power Apps, and create automated workflows with Power Automate to support and streamline daily sales operationsBuild interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key data and enable data-driven decision-makingConnect and integrate Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) to create seamless and efficient user experiencesAnalyze and improve sales processes through digital solutionsYou´re acting as a sparring partner for sales teams - turning business needs into practical digital solutionsMaintain clean, structured, and usable data across platforms like SharePoint and SAP Business WarehouseExplore and apply AI-based tools (e.g. Copilot, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI) to enhance productivity and user experienceContinuously test, optimize, and maintain existing tools and solutionsYour stroll to CYBEX:Academic background in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus — alternatively, relevant professional experience is equally valuedHands-on experience with Power Apps or Power Automate — through work, studies, or personal projectsSolid understanding of data structures and how data flows through systemsCuriosity for new technologies — especially AI, automation, and no-/low-code platformsBasic knowledge of logic and databases (e.g.
