- The Finance Associate supports Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions with wide exposure to global accounting operations.
- Reporting to the Assistant Controller in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process vendor invoices and record bank payments in a timely manner.
- Set up new vendors in NetSuite and review employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
- Perform account reconciliations, monitor the shared mailbox, and assist with sales tax filings.
