As we continue expanding across Europe, we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the growth of our E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance business. This role is ideal for a professional who combines deep domain expertise with commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships.
The Role
We are seeking a professional with 8-15 years of experience in E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, Digital Compliance, ERP, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Solution Consulting.
You will lead Cygnet's European market expansion by identifying enterprise opportunities, building strategic relationships, advising customers on regulatory compliance, and working closely with internal teams to deliver business growth across key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Cygnet's go-to-market and growth strategy across Europe.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Establish relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, IT, Procurement, and ERP functions.
- Lead customer discovery workshops, solution discussions, and executive advisory engagements.
- Advise customers on European E-Invoicing regulations, including Peppol, EN16931, Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC), Digital Reporting Requirements (DRR), and ViDA.
- Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to develop customer solutions and proposals.
- Build strategic partnerships with ERP providers, consulting firms, tax advisors, and technology partners.
- Provide market insights to support product strategy, pricing, and service offerings.
- Represent Cygnet at customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events across Europe.
Required Experience
- 8-15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, Digital Compliance, or Finance Transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of European E-Invoicing regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP DRC, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Proven experience in enterprise consulting, advisory, business development, or practice leadership.
- Strong track record of developing enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- French language proficiency is an advantage.
