Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical coordination of the engineering project team and oversee various technical disciplines.
• Plan and control engineering projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and costs.
• Manage project documentation across all planning phases.
• Develop alternative solutions, review specifications, and assess drawings/documents.
• Coordinate technical aspects with series production, including qualification, stress analysis, and electrical/systems integration.
• Liaise with customers to clarify technical project details and conduct technical evaluations.
• Support sales and program management teams in the preparation of project proposals.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and maintain perseverance in complex environments.

• Strong team integration skills.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and excellent organizational talent.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry and 3 years in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Catia V5, and SAP.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in German for business communication.
• Good English skills.
