We are looking for an IT Systems Lead with expertise in Dev Ops and cloud infrastructure (primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS) to join our team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure while providing exceptional support to our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Systems Lead at Cyntegrity, you will
- Manage IT Systems: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, primarily within Microsoft Azure and partially AWS environments.
- Implement Dev
Ops Practices: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Ia C) to streamline development and operations.
- Provide IT Support: Manage and resolve IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Act.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
Essential Criteria
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative IT professional with the following qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Dev Ops practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong experience in managing IT ticket requests and providing end-user support.
Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, including Azure and/or AWS ecosystems, and modern Dev Ops tooling.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of data protection regulations (e. g., GDPR, Data Protection Act).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure (e. g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and Dev Ops (e. g., Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert) are a plus.
