About the team:

We are a highly motivated team which is spread across Germany, France, Columbia, and US. People are very experienced, and we are working in a well-organized way. Processes are structured.
One of the key elements is a so called "Audit Framework Application", which is an application based on SAP HANA, which helps to maintain and operate the certification business. It is used by all roles within the team and is a central component when preparing and executing partner audits.
Beside professional work we have established as well social activities as best as possible in mainly a remote fashion, but as well in hybrid mode. Also, the broader organization has a strong presence in Walldorf.

The certifications give customers the confidence to trust the certified partner to help them migrate, run, manage, and maintain their SAP landscapes and solutions – so they can focus on running their business.
Several certifications are offered which cover various business needs. SAP experts will recommend one or more certifications based on the partner’s service portfolio.
Clean core, the move to RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP are top of mind for our customers. Accordingly, these topics are covered as part of our certifications; in general, we offer certifications tailored to the respective service offerings of our partners.
Certification helps SAP customers identify best-in-class managed service providers, while certified partners increase their market visibility and drive new revenue.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Partner Ecosystem Success iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Operate an Audit Framework Application (SAP HANA)
Work Area: Sales
Location: Walldorf + remote
Expected start date: October 1, 2024

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the testing of the application functionalities, including identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and issues; work in error correction; assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements for testing; document the testing process and results in a comprehensive and clear manner
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for the application
• Identify and solve upcoming errors in the application; work closely with the development team to create solutions to resolve errors
• Be responsible for master data maintenance and secure data integrity
• Work in a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) cycle to further improve the application, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; be responsible for monthly reporting and backup activities
• Manage user support and user trainings

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Basic experience in software development, testing and maintenance is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP HANA, and data modelling concepts
• Knowledge in MS Access is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language is a plus
