- Contract management: drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (sponsorship, media rights and licensing agreements) and contracts related to UCI events (hosting agreements, service provider agreements);
- Insurance programme management: reviewing insurance coverage related to UCI events and managing insurance claims;
- Managing the UCI’s trademark protection programme, including the UCI logo and rainbow trademarks;
- Managing debt recovery proceedings;
- Drafting, reviewing and updating regulations relating to the UCI’s various cycling disciplines;
- Managing publications and filings with the Commercial Register for the UCI and the UCI World Cycling Centre;
- Conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents, including legal opinions;
- Working closely with other UCI departments, providing advice on the application of regulations and the management of disputes involving cycling stakeholders;
- Supporting the Legal Manager on a variety of legal matters.
