Your profile >>>
- Have at least 3-5 years sales experience with Belgium hospitals and end customers, alternatively a professional background as Perfusionist in the Belgium market also qualifies for the position.
- Ideally a strong network in Belgium Cardiac Surgery and ICU environment.
- Experience in bringing our product from product life cycle status ‚introduction‘ to ‚growth‘.
- Show fluent English language skills and be comfortable in CRM usage.
- Self-driven personality and a team player.
- Have a hands-on mentality, very good communication skills, and a high level of intercultural competence.
Your duties >>>
- Planning and implementing sales activities for the products in the sales area of Cardiac Surgery and Intensive Care Medicine.
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and training courses for/from customers, also internally.
- Identifying customer needs and responding appropriately to changing customer and market situations.
- Building and maintaining a network of HCPs and KOLs for the respective sales areas.
- Lead our local reimbursement and regulatory activities.
- Continuous development of relevant personal skills, independently and with the support of the company.
