Responsibilities
Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production
Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment
Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP)
Perform:
Incident resolution
Root cause analysis (RCA)
Change implementation (change control process)
Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets
Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment
Act as interface between:
Local lab/production users
Global IT teams
Vendors / equipment suppliers
Support validation and compliance activities (where required)
Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards
Requirements
OT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems)
Understanding of GxP compliance
Experience with validation / regulated environments
Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination
Knowledge of integrated IT/OT systems
IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience
Flexible and team oriented person
Experienced working in multinational teams
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
