Team and Business Support (m/f/d)

We are searching intelligent and innovative employees.
Your tasks:
- Manage daily administrative activities and stakeholder communication
- Organize business trips, executive meetings, and external events
- Support senior management with travel arrangements, expense reports, and team events
- Assist Finance and Procurement with orders, invoices, and expense claim reviews
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Coordinate logistics, including travel, document distribution, and office administration
- Welcome visitors, distribute information, and gather data to support decision-making
Your profile:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a comparable qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar administrative, executive support, or business support role
- Strong ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment, including handling confidential information
- Fluent in German and English; French is considered an advantage
