Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Automotive

Your tasks:
- Take operational responsibility for managing multiple development projects
- Lead and coordinate application projects while ensuring commercial and business objectives are achieved
- Ensure the efficient execution of day‑to‑day project operations, including resource planning, task prioritisation and close coordination with the Project Operations Manager, Project Managers and Technical Team Leads
- Plan, manage and deliver projects in close collaboration with our customers
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, defined processes and quality standards
- Present project progress and project results to customers
- Identify opportunities for process, resource and project workflow improvements and drive their implementation
- Take over operational project responsibilities in critical project situations to ensure successful project delivery
Your profile:
- Successfully completed a university degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Several years of experience managing development projects in the fields of internal combustion engines and powertrain systems, for example as a Senior Project Manager or in a comparable position
- Strong business acumen combined with a structured, analytical and solution‑oriented approach to work
- Experience working closely with senior management and executive leadership
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness and a strong team‑oriented mindset
