Overview
In this role you enable seamless customer onboarding of cloud-based platforms and maintain high service quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve hosted applications, driving reliability and customer satisfaction. You will handle incident management, RCA, and SLA/KPI tracking while collaborating with DevOps and L3 support. This position offers exposure to international projects and the opportunity to shape operational processes for scalability and robustness.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver customer onboarding and training support to ensure successful adoption of systems
- Operate cloud-hosted platforms to meet reliability and availability targets based on customer requests
- Continuously monitor systems to ensure uninterrupted service
- Independently manage incidents and troubleshoot to minimize disruption
- Support problem management and bug fixes for sustainable solutions
- Coordinate with development teams and L3 support for efficient escalations
- Support SAP/Jira Service Management (JSM) portals and ticket workflows to improve efficiency
- Contribute to process refinement to enhance scalability and robustness
- Prepare and present operational reports including KPI tracking and incident analysis
- Participate in customer quality meetings to ensure transparency on performance
- Perform RCA for incidents and recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Create major incident reports (P1 & P2) with impact and corrective actions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years in cloud connectivity in automotive or IoT complex architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Experience in operations, IT service management or cloud-based environments
- Strong understanding of incident, problem management, and SLA/KPI concepts
- Hands-on with Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar ticketing tools
- Ability to collaborate with international DevOps teams and L3 support
- Strong analytical skills for RCA and troubleshooting
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
