Your tasks:
- Lead the Function Acceptance process for assigned domains, ensuring alignment with Functional Integration Manager (FIM) and overall vehicle program
- Manage issue tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely closure of open points across R&D and suppliers
- Conduct maturity assessments against Function Integration Plan (FIP) at defined program milestones
- Prepare sign-off documentation and provide formal quality approval for functions before milestone release
- Support vehicle and system validation activities, ensuring functions meet target criteria in real-world and lab conditions
- Report status of function maturity and open issues to management, highlighting risks and countermeasures
- Perform competitive evaluation with benchmark vehicles to ensure quality readiness for successful EU market entries
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Mechanical) or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of vehicle system functions and integration
- Experience with issue management tools and maturity assessment processes
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with automotive development processes such as IATF16949 and global quality frameworks
- Fluency in English
