Daato is a sustainability-tech startup on a mission to help companies analyze their Environmental, Social, and Governance impacts and stay compliant with relevant regulations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of 4 development teams to ensure synchronized efforts.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of common releases.
- Oversee the testing of new features to ensure they meet technical quality standards.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to align on technical project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet technical deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain technical project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Experience coordinating multiple development teams.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage technical deadlines and balance multiple projects.
- Full business proficiency in English.
- Solid technical understanding of software development processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Clickup, or similar.
- Technical knowledge of software development (ideally NestJS/React/Typescript).
