We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Germany Payroll to provide functional support, system customization, and problem-solving expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Germany\’s tax and regulatory requirements and hands-on experience with SAP HCM / Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide functional support for SAP HCM and Germany Payroll modules.
Configure and customize SAP HCM and payroll schemas, PCRs , and payroll objects.
Solve complex payroll issues using expert knowledge of SAP application functionality.
Ensure compliance with Germany\’s tax laws and regulatory requirements .
Manage interfaces related to T&A, GFO, Benefits Handling, Payroll (Historical / Retroactivity), and Time Management (Positive Time Evaluation) .
Support SuccessFactors integration , HRSP installation, and year-end payroll activities .
Work on HR & Finance integration , including payroll postings, tax reconciliations, and pension contributions .
Troubleshoot SAP ECC issues, ensuring smooth payroll processing.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve payroll operations.
Required Experience & Skills :
- years of SAP experience, specifically in SAP HCM / Payroll and Time Management .
Strong knowledge of Germany\’s payroll laws, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance .
Expertise in Payroll Processing, Off-cycle Payroll, Payroll Postings, Payslip Generation, and Payroll Year-End Activities .
Experience working with Incentives, Bonuses, Pension Contributions, Social Security, Labor Unions, and Garnishments .
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration and EMEA Swift – EY Interface & SWIFT Customization .
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure support environment .
Familiarity with SAP FI integration and financial postings related to payroll.
Proactive approach with the ability to work flexible hours when required.
