Tasks

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent management strategy with a company-wide, global reach
  • Develop and lead global talent identification, development and succession planning projects
  • Defining relevant talent pools and developing measures to fill the global talent pipeline for key positions
  • Defining relevant measures for the personnel development of various talent target groups
  • Ensuring regular reporting on the defined global talent management activities and proactively deriving appropriate measures
  • Working with managers and HR to identify talent gaps and proactively develop solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Supporting the implementation of the relevant modules in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support the necessary change management activities
  • Provide communication and training to managers, employees and HR

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration or psychology or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
  • You have sound experience in talent management, personnel development and project management
  • You already have experience and a high affinity for IT systems (ideally experience with SAP Success Factors).
  • You are responsible and socially competent; team spirit is one of your strengths.
  • You have an independent, structured and analytical way of working.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English (level C1).
