Aufgaben
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Compliance-Management-Systems, um die Einhaltung aktueller Gesetze, Standards und Best Practices sicherzustellen.
- Durchführung detaillierter Analysen internationaler regulatorischer und branchenspezifischer Anforderungen, proaktive Identifizierung von Compliance-Lücken und Entwicklung von Maßnahmenplänen zu deren Behebung.
- Beratung der DACHSER-Landesorganisationen in Bezug auf IT-Compliance bei der Auslegung sowie Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen.
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung externer IT-Audits, einschließlich IT-Audits im Rahmen von Jahresabschlussprüfungen und Zertifizierungsprozessen sowieFunktion als Hauptansprechpartner für alle Beteiligten.
- Mitwirkung bei internen IT-Audits mit Schwerpunkt auf der Prüfung relevanter Compliance-Vorgaben.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Recht, Informationssysteme oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten mit einer strukturierten sowie detailorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitsrahmenwerken, Standards und Gesetzen (z. B. ISO 27001, NIS2, BSIG, TISAX).
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- sowie zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeiteigenständig sowie im Team einer wirklich multinationalen Organisation zu arbeiten, die weltweit verteilt ist.
