Munich, limited to 12 months, 20h per week
The Working student is a fully integrated team member within the Global Oncology Alliance Management team and will operate from Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH headquarters. The team supports all alliance teams with a focus on the European region and offers a great possibility to gain experience in a very international and culturally diverse setting. The focus of the position is to provide support on pan-European projects involving all business functions and to take on operational tasks supporting the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support with coordination tasks such as booking appointments, meeting rooms, equipment, hotels, etc.
- Support with optimal layout and development of impactful slide decks
- Support the development and implementation of training material.
- Support the team with setting up, conducting and documenting workshops.
- Aid in follow-up activities such as surveys, participant feedback etc.
- Liaise with teams on country level to support them in the implementation of local activities.
- Support in developing digital activities for internal and external communications.
Professional experience and personal skills:
- Commercial education successfully completed.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (required)
- Ability to mindfully interact with culturally diverse teams.
- First experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- High customer service orientation and solutions-driven approach
- Proven skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and MS Outlook will be considered a plus.
