Overview

In this hybrid role you will support the Medical Information service, develop/review scientific communications, and guide cardiovascular portfolio strategy. You will provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, while ensuring scientific and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft educational materials and align with local regulations and company standards. This position offers meaningful impact by enhancing patient safety and scientific excellence within oncology and cardiovascular areas.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Manage medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams across channels, delivering clear, non-promotional responses using approved sources.
  • Review promotional and non-promotional materials for cardiovascular and oncology areas for scientific and regulatory accuracy.
  • Act as Medical Affairs partner for cardiovascular portfolio, supporting strategic/tactical planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss Pharma Code of Practice and local regulations through standard procedures and documentation.
  • Support audit/inspection readiness and provide ongoing training to internal colleagues.

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Seven+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with prior experience in medical information or material review.
  • Experience in cardiovascular and oncology therapeutic areas.
  • Working knowledge of the Swiss Code of Practice and relevant regulations.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
