YOUR TASKS

• You execute market, trend as well as competitor analyses to drive product and market innovations.
• You manage our product database and product information and create the product portfolio matrix.
• You are in charge of managing the product portfolio (idea generation, development, launch, phase-out) with R&D and the design office.
• You offer product support for internal departments and conduct product trainings for all areas of AHT.
• You partially manage product updates, variations, modifications, and redesigns.
• You participate in product optimizations and coordinate cost optimization projects.
• You calculate project costs and steer the commercial preparation of project releases.
• You lead a small team of product managers.
• You are willing to travel up to 20% of your working time.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed technical or economic studies (BA, BSc) and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• You are familiar with leading professional projects.
• You have profound skills in the product life cycle process and analysis and profitability.
• Using MS Office and SAP is not an issue for you.
• You have good communication skills and assertiveness; you are enthusiastic about your projects and have great sales skills.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with good leadership skills.
• You are fluent in German and English.

For this position, we pay an annual minimum gross salary of at least 70,000€. Your actual remuneration will be agreed upon throughout the recruitment process.
