YOUR TASKS

• Supporting customers with order processing and market planning
• Coordination of international and complex special orders
• Checking plans for the correct placement of equipment in the market
• Technical and economic project management, including the organization of disassembly, assembly, commissioning of refrigerator shelves and coordination with the installation partner
• Correction and entering orders into the SAP system
• Clarification and coordination with sales and production to meet delivery deadlines
• Clarification with our procurement team regarding procurement, production and delivery times for the required materials
• Checking and organizing transport for on-time delivery to the customer
• Invoice verification, performance evaluation and approval of invoices for accurate invoicing
• Team cohesion and coordination of the project team

YOUR PROFIL

• Education (Higher Technical College, University of Applied Sciences) in refrigeration or building technology or mechanical engineering and plant construction
• Relevant professional experience in project planning and execution (at least 3 years)
• Experience in project management and planning expertise
• Experience in leading teams
• MS Office skills
• SAP skills and CAD skills are an advantage
• English proficiency

For this position we pay an annual gross salary of at least € 55.000.-. We will agree your actual salary in a personal interview.
