Project Sales Engineer - HVAC

How you will contribute:
- Account management within Dubai & Northern Emirates
- Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
- Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
- Review enquiries and Guide application team in making quotations & submittals
- Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant
- Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
- Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
- Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers
- Project payment follow up and realization
- Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
- Input, monitor and update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management
What you need succeed:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant
- At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector
- Successful track record in the UAE, especially in Dubai and Northern Emirates market and HVAC industry
- Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions
- Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products and VRV/VRF
- Fluency in English, Arabic language is an advantage
- UAE Driving license
