The Expert Track Trainee Program will give you the possibility to be part of connected pools of experts with diverse technical backgrounds at Daimler Truck or Daimler Buses in various German locations.

The Expert Track is an alternative to a classical entry position. You will be working in globally connected projects and agile teams. Take your chance to develop in your area of competence through project-based working, exchange ideas with like-minded experts, receive support from the expert coaches and make use of training & development opportunities tailored to your needs.

The 36 months Expert Track offers you the following aspects:

• Onboarding within predefined home area

• Connect with your expert coach to get support & exchange ideas

• You will have the possibility to shape the future of transportation within highly relevant projects in various locations

• Get the opportunity to participate in interesting and valuable trainings

• You will have a lot of responsibility in actively driving your topics forward, by bringing in your competences, as well as implementing your solutions

After 36 months of successful and intense project rotations you will return to your home area. Your new skills, experiences and your global network will be supporting you in your future task.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your home area could be in one of the following departments:

Daimler Buses (Neu-Ulm):

Our IT department at Daimler Buses develops innovative SAP solutions and cloud technologies to make our global production and sales processes more efficient and customer-focused. As part of an international and agile team, you will actively contribute to exciting projects such as the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and modern security and cloud applications. You will combine technological innovation with strategic business goals, helping to shape the digital future of mobility. We value your initiative, team spirit, and enthusiasm for forward-looking technologies.

Join our international IT team at Daimler Buses and take the lead in shaping secure and future-oriented SAP solutions. In this role, you\’ll manage SAP authorizations and user administration while working closely with responsible stakeholders across all SAP modules & Business areas. You\’ll ensure strong data protection and actively work to prevent fraud while contributing to our strategic S/4 HANA IT transformation. With your experience in SAP, cross-functional collaboration and project leadership, you\’ll play a key role in driving innovation across our global organization.

SAP Authorization Management: Design and management of SAP user master data and user authorizations to align with business requirements/IT concept and compliance regulations.

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

• Bachelor/Master of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field

• You are experienced in SAP Architecture as Solution architect and SAP Technologies like SAP RISE, S/4HANA, BTP and further

• You are experienced in SAP authorization management, SAP User Management, Identiy & Acces Management and SAP moduls (e.g. FI/CO)

• You feel joy about innovations with good feeling for customer needs and technical feasibility

• Fluent in written & spoken English

• Willigness to travel, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice

• You are a visionary and you always have the whole picture and the customer in mind

• You are willing to question the status quo with new ideas and perspectives

• A start-up mentality, that means being enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic

• Ability to work in a global and international culture
