We are a team of seven HR professionals with diverse responsibilities across the people spectrum. Whether it is leadership and talent development, culture initiatives, organizational topics or HR business partnering, we work closely together to support our business and employees. Openness, collaboration and mutual support are at the heart of how we work, and we encourage everyone to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Support development programs and learning initiatives
Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects
Support the follow-up process of the annual employee survey, including analysis coordination, action planning and communication activities
Assist in the planning and execution of HR communication initiatives and campaigns

Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events

Create presentations, communication materials and management updates

Support international HR and organizational development projects

Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives

Qualifications

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field
Strong interest in People Development and Corporate Culture
Experiences with MS-Office
Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
Engagement
Ability to work in a team
Analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working
