Role Overview:

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in our DevOps and Integration efforts, supporting the development of the next-generation infotainment platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for our UI developers, using the latest integration techniques to ensure a performant pipeline. You will work closely with our highly motivated DevOps and Release Engineering team, contributing to the efficient integration, testing, and delivery of code changes from worldwide distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy a software solution for 200+ UI developers
  • Leverage state-of-the-art CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI to enhance pipeline performance and reliability
  • Integrate AI tools to improve testing, reporting and pipeline performance
  • Build dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights into our software build pipelines using key performance indicators
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including architects and product owners, to drive continuous improvement in reporting and integration capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with strong coding skills
  • Proficiency in English (German language skills are a plus)
  • Familiarity with Linux and development tools such as GitLab and Gerrit
  • Proficient in Python and experienced in unit testing
  • Strong team spirit with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in AI-driven technologies and their application in DevOps
  • High level of commitment, quick learning abilities, and a passion for technology
