  • ABOUT DAINA

DAi NA is a precision-oncology company focused on enabling personalized cancer treatment for individual patients.

We combine comprehensive molecular tumor data including genomics, transcriptomics (bulk, single cell and spatial), proteomics and epigenetics, with AI-driven analysis.

Our platform connects multi-omic profiling with functional ex-vivo tumor models and personalized liquid-biopsy monitoring, creating a continuous workflow from biopsy and treatment selection through to therapy monitoring and adaptation.

We also operate GMP manufacturing to produce individualized N=1 therapeutics.

In short, we help physicians make more informed, personalized treatment decisions based on high-dimensional molecular tumor data.

THE ROLE

As Data Partnerships / Data Integration Lead, you will own the interface between DAi NA and external data sources, including clinical partners, diagnostic laboratories, academic collaborators, service providers and strategic advisors.

You will ensure that external patient, molecular, functional and clinical data is received, structured, documented and integrated into DAi NA’s workflows in a reliable, traceable and compliant way.

This role combines biomedical data understanding, partner coordination and hands‑on operational execution

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • Manage data‑related partnerships with clinical, academic, diagnostic and service-provider partners.
  • Coordinate secure data transfer, onboarding and integration of external datasets into DAi NA workflows.
  • Define required formats, metadata, mappings, QC checks and provenance requirements together with bioinformatics, data and AI/ML teams.
  • Ensure incoming data is complete, traceable and linked to the correct patient case, assay, provider and analysis workflow.
  • Support integration of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, liquid‑biopsy, functional ex‑vivo and clinical data.
  • Prepare structured and well‑documented data sources for reporting, RAG, knowledge retrieval and digital‑twin development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners on data-related operational questions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Background in bioinformatics, biomedical data science, computational biology, medical informatics, life sciences or a related field.
  • Good understanding of biological, clinical and/or molecular data, ideally in oncology or translational medicine.
  • Experience coordinating complex data flows between external partners and internal technical teams.
  • Familiarity with data formats, metadata, mapping, QC, documentation and data governance basics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills across scientific, clinical, technical and external stakeholders.
  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in precision oncology, genomics, molecular diagnostics, multi‑omics or clinical data integration.
  • Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic labs, sequencing providers, academic groups or CROs.
  • Familiarity with secure data transfer, consent tracking, data protection or regulated data environments.
  • Experience with HL7/FHIR, OMOP, CDISC, GA4GH, APIs, databases, metadata catalogues or knowledge bases.
  • Experience supporting RAG, semantic search, AI/ML or reporting workflows through structured data preparation.
  • WHY DAINA
  • Employer contributions toward private health insurance or supplementary health coverage, as well as pension or retirement savings.
  • Hybrid model with ~60% of working time expected on‑site and the rest remotely, depending on team and business needs.
  • Performance‑based bonus opportunity, depending on company and individual performance.
  • A personal development budget for conferences, courses, certifications, and training.
  • The opportunity to work directly on real patient cases and help shape a first‑in‑class precision‑oncology platform
  • A proactive, collaborative team with fast decision‑making and strong ownership of your domain.
