Postdoctoral Research in Tissue Organogenesis
The group of Prof. Dr. Meritxell Huch at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics is seeking talented postdoctoral researchers. The focus of research is on understanding the mechanisms of tissue organogenesis and repair, with particular emphasis on fibrosis and cancer. The position offers the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary and collaborative environment utilizing state-of-the-art mouse and human organoid models.
Designation
- Postdoctoral Researcher (M/F/D)
Research Area
- Mechanisms of Tissue Organogenesis and Repair
Location
- Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Pfotenhauerstr. 108, 01307 Dresden, Germany
Minimum Requirements
- Documented experience in molecular, cell culture, and in vivo techniques (e.g., tissue culture, mouse models, FACS, genome-wide omics-approaches)
- Research background in epigenetics and metabolism, cell biology, cell-matrix, or cell-adhesion is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills
- Excellent command of the English language
Job Description
