As a key user, you will be responsible for the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our two warehouse locations in Hamburg. Your role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of the WMS system. You will be the primary contact person for any problems or errors encountered in daily operations.
Main responsibilities, tasks, and activities:
- Analysis and further development of the existing WMS system
- Active participation in the planning and implementation of system optimizations
- Training of employees in the existing systems
- Support in daily operations for any problems and errors that arise
- Close collaboration with the WMS specialist department
- Creation of documentation and work instructions
Who we are looking for:
- Ideally, a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- (Several years) experience as a key user in WMS systems
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and German
