Overview
As HR Generalist II, you serve as a key bridge between HR Service Delivery, associates, and people leaders to resolve complex HR scenarios. You operate within a standardized delivery model and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and employee experience across the Life Sciences Platform. You will partner with various HR stakeholders to ensure effective case handling and end-to-end service delivery, contributing to impactful people outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other HR inquiries
- Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective escalation, issue resolution, and end-to-end service delivery
- Support people leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and HR processes, including participation in talent acquisition activities as assigned
- Document case activities and maintain accurate records in HR systems to support compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management
- Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR Service Delivery
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or HR generalist/specialist roles
- Experience using HRIS, case management systems, and related business applications
- Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution
- Experience with HRIS and case management systems
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of HR processes (performance management, time and attendance, benefits)
