- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with global health systems and large network groups
- Develop and execute multi‑year account plans to drive revenue growth and customer value
- Lead commercial activities (pipeline, RFPs, deals) to ensure compliant, margin‑positive closures
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure unified account execution from installation to post‑maintenance
- Provide informal leadership to regional and operating company teams and translate customer needs into strategic actions
- Oversee all aspects of customer engagement and service delivery, addressing issues and escalations

- 20+ years of sales experience with at least 15 years in hospital or laboratory settings
