Overview
In this Lead Scientist role, you will advance raw material characterization for cell culture media and maintain analytical instruments. You will support Cytiva quality, MSAT, product engineering, R&D, sourcing, planning, and product management, while mentoring colleagues. Your work will help ensure critical quality attributes of raw materials and enable cross-functional problem solving. This position offers a meaningful chance to influence life-science products and collaborate across teams.

- Develop analytical methods and perform testing on raw materials

Zentrale Anforderungen
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field; or MS in a related field with 2+ years of industry experience; or BS in a related field with 4+ years of industry experience
- Experience with HPLC, UHPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, QToF
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and German
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
