We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and a passion to support people leaders and employees.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. University\’s degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
3. Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
4. Experience in working with Work Council
5. Fluent German, fluent English
