Essential Requirements

University\’s degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management

Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment

Sound knowledge on German Labor and Social Law

Experience in working with Work Council

Fluent German, fluent English
