In this role you will shape and accelerate OEM business within Leica’s Routine Product Group, driving strategy, partnerships, and margins in a high-tech life sciences setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions, delivering revenue growth and risk-managed contracts. You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders to enable delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across a remote-first organization. This is a chance to impact diagnostics and biotechnology by scaling OEM solutions in a globally connected team.

  • Define and execute OEM strategy with governance and performance tracking
  • Drive OEM business development from opportunity to growth
  • Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations to optimize margins
  • Own OEM customer relationships and align cross-functional teams for execution
  • Act as technical and operational interface translating customer needs into solutions and supporting delivery, compliance, and enablement
