This position is part of the Program Management department located in Munich and will be on-site with 10 – 20 working hours per week. Your primary responsibility is to create and maintain a Smartsheet for planning and tracking of multiple projects. You will communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to create a tool, which is used by different stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Implement a program/project management tool for one of our initiatives using Smartsheet
- Develop and roll-out trainings across the organization for tool usage
- Continuously support and improve the tool (e.g. manage user accounts, support trouble shooting, etc.)
The essential requirements of the job include: - Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in using Smartsheet
- Good written and verbal skills in German and English
- Experience in project management is a plus
