As Strategic Marketing Manager, you define and evolve segment strategy for pipeline-driven Life Sciences markets, translating portfolio priorities into clear positioning and growth logic. You lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategy execution and own segment performance, ROI, and rapid adaptation. You’ll work with global teams from Germany, with a fully remote setup, shaping how Leica’s bio-pharma and biotech solutions enable breakthroughs in research and clinical decisions. - Define and evolve segment strategy for pipeline-driven markets (Pharma, BioPharma, Biotech, CRO/CDMO, late translational)
- Translate portfolio priorities into positioning, value propositions, and growth logic
- Integrate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into strategic direction
- Guide marketing, product, and commercial teams for consistent strategy execution
- Own segment performance including growth, market share, and marketing ROI
