The Sourcing Excellence Project Manager at Radiometer is responsible for overseeing and managing supplier-related activities.
This position is part of the Global Strategic Procurement department based in Stargard, Poland , and requires on-site presence. At Radiometer, our mission is to enhance global healthcare by providing reliable, swift, and straightforward patient diagnostics.
You will be part of the Global Strategic Procurement team and report to the Senior Manager of Sourcing Excellence located in Denmark, who oversees supplier performance governance. Sourcing Excellence Project Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead, Manage and oversee Sourcing related activities.
- Define sourcing deliverables within large cross functional projects.
- Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare Sourcing relevant documentation.
- Build appropriate relationships and ensure stakeholder management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Technical proficiency – Project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 13485 regulatory standards.
- Bachelor\’s degree or higher with exposure to Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or other relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
It would be a plus if you also possess the following:
- Experience in electronic, plastic, and metal manufacturing.
