Project Manager | Berlin (Full-Time)

Location: BERLIN, Germany – This is a full-time position (40h/week) with hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is the „Netflix“ of the dance world. Since 2021, we have grown rapidly, delivering high-end masterclasses, workouts, and documentaries to a global audience. Our Live Classes are our newest addition to our platform – and we need someone to run them.

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership. Someone who stays calm when things get hectic and ensures every production is a smooth and memorable experience for everyone our subscribers, teachers and dancers.

Your Role

• You ensure every Live Class happens—from prime-time coverage to the smallest detail.
• You are the main point of contact for teachers, dancers, and operators.
• You build the schedules, matching the right talent with the right slots to maximize subscriber value.
• You find a solution immediately, if a dancer cancels or tech fails, instead of discussing the problem.
