In this Lead Engineer role you own the full development journey of cutting-edge liquid cooling systems, from concept to production-ready product. You will join a cross-disciplinary team shaping thermal management solutions for data centers, power electronics, and HPC. You translate customer needs into robust architectures and drive validation, ensuring high performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end development of advanced liquid cooling systems from concept to production readiness
- Act as a technical partner for customers, translating needs into detailed specs and architectures
- Drive system-level design decisions optimizing thermal efficiency, flow dynamics, manufacturability and reliability
- Define and lead validation and testing strategies to ensure flawless performance
- Lead cross-functional technical reviews with component, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronic, or related field
- 5+ years in system or sub-system development
- Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal system design; experience with liquid cooling preferred
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks or Creo) and CFD/thermal analysis tools
- Experience working directly with customers to define technical requirements and develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to internal teams and external partners
