Job Responsibilities

As Teamlead Software Development (m/f/d), you will be part of an international team working on manufacturing and production topics in Germany’s electronics industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Personnel planning and employee development.
• Working within an agile organization, refining software requirements, estimating, designing, and implementing software.
• Designing, developing, and testing front-end and microservice-based backend components using the latest C# and related tools.
• Creating high-quality code supporting both maintenance and new development.
• Providing 2nd/3rd level support for global software solutions.

Requirements include a university degree in IT or related field, several years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and databases like MS-SQL or Oracle.

The ideal candidate has:

• Leadership experience in an international matrix environment, preferably leading remote teams.
• Knowledge of Clean Code Development and design patterns.
• Experience with containers such as Docker.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English and German.
