Your responsibilities
- Develop and manage a client portfolio with a focus on the Benelux region
- Originate and negotiate tailored energy and risk management solutions, including structured power and gas agreements, flexibility products, hedging solutions, and PPAs
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships
- Maintain and expand a strong network of utilities, suppliers, industrial clients, traders, and renewable developers
- Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments across the Benelux energy markets
Your skills
- 5-7+ years of experience in energy origination, trading, or structured energy products, with a proven commercial track record
- Strong network and established relationships in the Benelux energy market; French market knowledge is a plus
- Expertise in wholesale power and gas markets, structured products, and risk management; EFET/ISDA knowledge is an advantage
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow business independently
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is an advantage
