- First point of contact for line managers and employees in all general HR topics
- Strong collaboration with leadership teams and supporting them in their leadership role
- Managing all HR Cycle topics in a close and trustful cooperation with stakeholders
- Active shaping and further development of our organization, people and culture within the framework of the Danone values
- Proactive consulting and design in change processes as well as smaller reorganizations
- Managing and control overheads costs
- Participation in overall HR activities / projects
Über Dich
- 5+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics
- Good business understanding and willingness to build close relationships by high business proximity
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, first experiences in coaching would be a plus
- Experience in working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agile methodology and in labor law
- Empathy and solution oriented thinking
- Fluency in German and English
