Über den Job Improvement of packaging properties and machinability in filling processesEnsure that product transformation processes are constantly under control and in line with factory performance targets Guarantee that new product introduction/product changes are done according to best practices and standards of Specialized Nutrition Develop and maintain internal standard operating procedures accordinglyActively support Production/Quality/Performance departments with continuous improvement efforts, in collaboration with other functions (local or global)Partner of OP and R&I for new product developments and projects executionCoordination of industrial trials starting from system set-up to industrial execution and final reporting Über DichPractical experience in the packaging industry, ideally in various areas such as design, production, and quality control.Knowledge of the compatibility of packaging with filling and packaging machinesUnderstanding of materials and technologies used in the packaging industryProject Management skills in a Supply Point EnvironmentUnderstanding and ability to endorse and drive Quality & Food Safety, Safety and Nature standards on siteAutonomous and organization capabilityFluent in German and English (spoken and written)
