Über den Job
- Improvement of packaging properties and machinability in filling processes
- Ensure that product transformation processes are constantly under control and in line with factory performance targets
- Guarantee that new product introduction/product changes are done according to best practices and standards of Specialized Nutrition
- Develop and maintain internal standard operating procedures accordingly
- Actively support Production/Quality/Performance departments with continuous improvement efforts, in collaboration with other functions (local or global)
- Partner of OP and R&I for new product developments and projects execution
- Coordination of industrial trials starting from system set-up to industrial execution and final reporting
Über Dich
- Practical experience in the packaging industry, ideally in various areas such as design, production, and quality control.
- Knowledge of the compatibility of packaging with filling and packaging machines
- Understanding of materials and technologies used in the packaging industry
- Project Management skills in a Supply Point Environment
- Understanding and ability to endorse and drive Quality & Food Safety, Safety and Nature standards on site
- Autonomous and organization capability
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
