- Manage, lead and implement Product Related projects in a continuous changing environment:
– Renovation/Innovation projects
– Productivity projects (Raw Materials & Packaging, Controllable, etc.)
– Secure supply projects (New suppliers/sites approval, contingency plan settlement, etc.)
– Quality and Regulatory driven product changes - Leading cross-functional project teams,
– Mobilize and drive cross-functional resources to deliver projects results on time
– Drive issue resolution with the cross functional team and align clear recommendations on way forward - Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including communication of project status to Plant Leadership Team(s) and regional Director platform (Fuel for Growth)
- Responsible for achieving and implementing the milestones in time, scope, quality and budget
Über Dich
- Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent
- At least two years of working experience, best in Project Management or related fields
- Ability or willingness to manage functionally and remotely cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical, goal-oriented and independent working method
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and preferably project management methods
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
